Very very good doctor. I would recommend to everyone who needs an eye appointment. He is a very nice person, very calm and patient and pays fulls attention to his patients. The customer service from the doctor and the receptionist were 100%. Will definitely be doing all our eye appointments by him.

Allow me to express my heartfelt gratitude to the staff at the VBO Pretoria branch. I visited VBO and had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Optometrist Dr Vusi Muhlari and his assistant Phindile Mabasa with so much warmth. From start to finish, the service I received was truly exceptional.Dr Muhluri's expertise and attention to detail were immediately apparent. He took the time to thoroughly explain every part of the eye exam, ensuring I understood all my options. His warm and professional demeanor made the entire experience comfortable and reassuring. Phindile Mabasa, his assistant, was equally impressive. She was attentive, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout my visit. Together, they created a welcoming environment that made me feel valued as a patient.I can honestly say this was the best service I have ever received from an optometrist. If you are looking for high-quality eye care with a personal touch, I highly recommend Vision Optometrist, especially the dynamic team of Dr Vusi Muhlari and Phindile Mabasa. They have earned my trust and future business!

Best Optometrist ! He explained everything so perfect and making sure nothing is unclear.Even though I did not get the best news about my eyes ,I feel okay knowing I have the best Optometrist.

Absolute worst experience I have ever had with optometrist. I ordered contact lenses and spesifically confirmed that is is for 3 box sets for each eye. Then I made an official appointment for an eye test and new glasses. Nobody showed up, the store remained closed and I left and hour later. Only a week later I receive a "We will try our best to still give you a special price". Finally the contact lenses arrive and it is only 1 set. I paid triple for 1 set compared to the prices at other optometrists. They admitted to say its their fault and they will get back to me. 3 weeks later and still nothing. Not even a sorry. When I asked what we can do about this the receptionist only said "I don't know". This is what you get when you try and support small businesses...Will never recommend this store and rating it even with one star is too much!UPDATE: Head office provided me with excellent feedback and paid my money back. They also offered that I can come in for a check up or eye test. The feedback I received was excellent and I can tell that they work very hard to improve their service. Thank you

The most amazing Optometrist with the most patience and helps out no matter the cost. Him and his receptionist are both so friendly and kind and assists to the best capacity they can. I will really recommend this Optometrist for the best care of your eyes.
